Processing
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. My lead time can be anywhere from one week to five weeks.

I utilize FedEx Home Delivery (2 - 5 business days) and USPS Priority Mail (3 - 5 business days). Please get in touch if you're in need of rush shipping and would like a quote.
Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All of the lumber that is used for our projects is hand selected from a local lumber mill.
